Jody Lentz

Bio

Jody Lentz is a facilitator and consultant based in Nashville. His practice centers on evolving organizational cultures -- including strategy, team & innovation development. His work is informed most directly by Plato’s observation: “You learn more about a person in an hour of play than in a year of conversation.” He worked for the LEGO Company for three years developing, marketing and using LEGO SERIOUS PLAY, and still uses the LEGO technology extensively, in addition to many other engaging tools. Jody has clients in Global 2000 healthcare, financial and manufacturing corporations, education, the non-profit sector and government.
